The Best People to Work With Awards is a Swiss-based, internationally open awards program that celebrates the managers, leaders, coaches, and interns who make work feel like it should — backed by verified testimony from the people who actually worked with them.
The organisation is the brand.

Neutral by design
No vendor, no platform, no media empire controls the jury or the categories. Independence is a founding principle, not a marketing line.
Where work-life works
Switzerland ranks first globally on work-life balance and life satisfaction. We award the version of work that already exists here.
International by default
Three working languages (FR, DE, EN) on day one. Four cultural regions within a 200 km radius. The program crosses borders as a feature, not a project.
No founder cult
The awards are deliberately team-led, not personality-led. Winners get the spotlight; the organisation is just the stage.
